As our team strives to deliver an AMP’d-up experience, we have a couple of house rules in place to help achieve this:
Our Salon Policies
We require a deposit for all new guests, as well as for wig consultations and large chemical or extension services. Your deposit will be credited towards your final bill. When an appointment is canceled (or moved) within 48 hours of its original scheduled time, the deposit will be defaulted and a new deposit will be required.
If a guest cancels within 48 hours and/or does not show up for a scheduled appointment 3 times, a 100% deposit will be required for their next appointment.
amp Studios provides a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you are unable to make it to your appointment by that time, we may need to reschedule you to ensure that our stylists and shampoo assistants have enough time to dedicate to your hair.
We are a Green Circle Salon, we reuse, reduce, and recycle 90% of our salon waste. A small fee covers color disposal as well as hair, metal, and plastic recycling.
We are a small salon, and we strive to keep a cozy atmosphere. Generally, we are not able to accommodate children, so if this will be an issue please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss our options.
Small, quiet dogs are welcome in their carrier case or staying on the owners lap.
We gladly accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and amp Studios Gift Certificates.
We guarantee all of our products. Don’t love them? You have 30 days to bring them back for an exchange. Product refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis.
All services are 100% non-refundable. Exceptions will be made for complementary correction services performed within 7 days of the original appointment.
Correction services provided by a different stylist or after the 7 days will be paid in full.
The most important rule to remember: We want you to ♥️ your hair and to leave each appointment feeling our Happy Times!
